Exercise is very effective at promoting healthy weight loss. For the best results, a person should make sure that they have an exercise program that includes aerobic exercise and resistance training. Aerobic exercises should be done 4-5 days out of the week for at least thirty minutes at a time. This includes activities such as walking, jogging, skating and dancing.
