-Feels is an excellent album - uplifting, ambient, pretty, not harsh at all (with the possible exception of the second track). I'm loving it - get it now! Start with the track "Turn Into Something" if you want to test the waters.

Agreed. (Unlike stl, who impolitely just crapped over your blog with jewelry spam.) I was just listening to the Liturgy of St. Chyrsostom by Rachmaniov and now I'm listening to Animal Collective, as I've been doing regularly lately. Not good music to write to, but definitely good to read to (as long as it's not too heavy read). Agreed about the second track, as well - that's some pretty serious stuff. That put me off for a while until I figured out what they were trying to do. Favourite (well, I am in Britain) tracks: "Can You See the Words," "Bees," and "Loch Raven." Ok, well the guy in the house who I was streaming the album from just logged off so I'm stuck. Oh well.

How's Oxford? I've perused your blog, but you never seem to cover the primary polite bases (are you fine? homesick? are the people nice? etc.). I'm still sad that I never took the chance to visit there, it's supposed to be beautiful. Anyhow, I do hope you're enjoying yourself and thanks for the comment.
